What kind of activities would be provided for the children at CampSmiles?
Literacy, Art, Music and Movement are our core activities, but each camper will have a tailored experience depending on their needs
What are your age limits for children attending your camp?
Campers between the ages of 5 – 21 can attend
Do you need certain qualifications to be a staff member for CampSmiles?
No, but prior experience is a plus for anyone interested in becoming a counselor
Is CampSmiles a camp for children with Cerebral Palsy and/or Down Syndrome only?
Camp Smiles accepts campers based on an in depth application process. Our mission is to provide summer programming for children with Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and other rare medical conditions.
Is CampSmiles an all summer camp?
Camp Smiles typically runs for 5 weeks from Monday thru Thursday and the usual times for camp are 8am – 2pm.
